Management and Board of Directors...
In 1990, Jim Enga Sr. and Jim Enga Jr. founded a small company called OMNI-PRO Software to provide schools with
demand management software that automatically reduced the energy consumption during peak times. This software proved
so effective that small municipal utilities began to replace their demand control software with OMNI-PRO's product.
Since 1990, OMNI-PRO Software has reduced costs for many municipal utilities.
In 1995, David Enga worked as a software engineer for Dr. Frank Engel, leading the development of an award-winning web-based
command and control (C2) product. This product was transformational in its ability to disseminate C2 information using
web technologies.
In 2000, David Enga, Dr. Frank Engel, and the founders of OMNI-PRO Software teamed up to found Internet Energy Systems, with the
intent to utilize IP technology to transform the way energy is managed.
OMNI-PRO Software and Internet Energy Systems, Inc. maintain a strong relationship to this day, collaborating on many
projects and sharing office space.
