Mr. James N. Enga is the Chairman and co-founder of Omni-Pro Software, Inc. Omni-Pro Software provides automated energy management technology to more than 30 municipal and cooperative utilities. Omni-Pro Software's innovative automated energy management platform has saved utilities over $10 million dollars in reduced energy costs.

Prior to founding Omni-Pro Software, Inc. Mr. Enga was president of Helio-Flex Solar Systems. Mr. Enga holds a U.S. Patent for his innovative solar energy technology.

Mr. Enga received the National Award for Energy Innovation in 1984.
