Dr. Frank Engel

Dr. Frank Engel is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Inter-National Research Institute (INRI). Dr. Engel expanded INRI from three employees to more than 550. INRI was founded on the premise of providing open systems, client server, and later enterprise architectures for systems applications. In addition to the United States, INRI enjoyed success in many countries, including Japan, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany.

Dr. Engel's eleven years of experience as CEO of a growing open-systems based company is a valuable asset to Internet Energy Systems. Dr. Engel provides valuable advice as an active board member and advisor to several Internet-oriented companies.

Dr. Engel has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Yale University.
