C3IGateway
The C3IGateway routes data in real-time from gas, water, and electric meters across
the Internet to a corresponding real-time information platform, the EnergyC3I Server.
You can interface the C3IGateway with any combination of four electric, gas, and water meters.
The C3IGateway supports RS-485 technology allowing serial connection of metered points, and
can collect 31 days of 15-minute interval data for up to four meters. The C3IGateway also
computes total usage, 1-minute, 5-minute, 15-minute, and 30-minute demand. Certain
electronic meters can also gather power factor, current, and voltage on each phase.
Real-Time Data Stream
Real-time, streaming meter data is a key feature of the Internet Energy Systems ECSS
software architecture. Using Internet Energy Systems technology, regularly scheduled polling
of meters or shared phone lines is not necessary. The C3IGateway connects directly to your
network and streams meter data to the EnergyC3I Server every minute using the Internet.
Features
Reads gas, electric, and water meters and any digital or analog input
